Machining Services

CNC Machining Built for Tight Tolerances and Schedules

From one-off tooling to production runs of 50 pieces or more, our CNC milling and turning capability covers the range most shops can't.

What we machine

3, 4, and 5-Axis Milling and Turning

Our CNC machines handle milling up to roughly 5 feet and turning up to roughly 50 inches in diameter, which covers everything from small precision components to large tooling assemblies. We machine:

MAT. 01

Stainless steels

MAT. 02

4140

MAT. 03

6061-T6

MAT. 04

Delrin

MAT. 05

G10

MAT. 06

Hot / cold rolled

MAT. 07

Common tool steels

MAT. 08

By application

    MasterCAM Programming

Every job is programmed in MasterCAM for consistent, repeatable results.

    Siemens NX Design

The same design platform our aerospace customers use.

    Seamless File Exchange

STEP, Parasolid, and IGES files all work without translation headaches.

What we machine

Tool and Die Work That’s Getting Harder to Find

Beyond standard machining, we design and build tight tolerance assemblies including:

    Machining fixtures

    Welding fixtures

    Inspection gages

    Hydroform dies

    Load-tested lifting devices

That kind of tool and die work takes a different skill set than straight CNC production, and fewer shops are bothering to train people in it anymore. It's one of the things that sets IMC apart from production-only competitors.

50+

Once a job reaches roughly 50 pieces or more, we treat it as production volume and structure our scheduling accordingly.

Prototype Today, Production Tomorrow

We work with customers across the full lifecycle, from a single prototype part through ongoing production runs. That flexibility means you don't need to find a new shop when your project moves from R&D into a real production order.
